Detail of Charges Update - effective on today's billing you will notice a Demand Charge, Power Cost Adjustment(PCA) and Operation Roundup line item on every bill. Although Garland does not currently have a demand charge on residential or irrigation accounts this is a charge we anticipate implementing in the future. Garland does not currently have a Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) charge from it's power supplier Tri-State G&T but anticipates this in the future. Lastly, if you don't participate in Operation Roundup this line item will remain a zero dollar amount, if you would like to participate please call the office at 307-754-2881.
